Do you need my HoYoverse password?

No. Your UID and server are enough.

What if I pick the wrong server?

HoYoverse purchases are tied to the server and can't be moved, so check the server before paying.

How long does it take?

Usually 5–30 minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, contact support with your order number.

Where to find your UID

In Genshin Impact the UID is in the bottom-right corner of the screen and in your character profile. In Honkai: Star Rail and Zenless Zone Zero it's in your player profile.

Which server to pick

Pick the server your character plays on. HoYoverse ties purchases to the server they were made on, and data doesn't carry over between servers.

What Welkin Moon gives

300 Genesis Crystals right away, plus 90 Primogems every day for 30 days when you log in.
