Where do I find my username?
Open Account Details in Steam: your account name is in the page heading. It is the name you sign in with, not your profile nickname.
Is there a top-up limit?
Yes, set by Steam: in any 24 hours, the amount added to and spent from your wallet can't exceed the equivalent of US$2,000. Beyond that, Steam may delay the funds.
Can I withdraw Steam Wallet funds?
No. Under Steam's rules, wallet funds can't be cashed out, gifted or moved to another account. Add only what you plan to spend.
What do you need from me?
Just your Steam account name, the one you sign in with. No password or Steam Guard code.
What currency will I get?
Your Steam Wallet's currency. If it differs, the amount is converted when the funds are added.
How fast do the funds arrive?
