Privacy Policy

This privacy agreement (the "Privacy Agreement") governs how the administration of the koto website (the "Administration", the "Website") collects, uses and discloses information about the User that may be or is confidential under the laws of the Russian Federation.
Terms used in this Privacy Agreement, unless stated otherwise, have the meaning given to them in the User Agreement.
Using the Website or placing an order constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. Not being familiar with these agreements does not release the User from responsibility for complying with them.
If the User does not agree with this Agreement or has no right to enter into it, the User must stop using the Website immediately.
1. Sources of information
1.1. The information covered by this Agreement may be personal (directly relating to or associated with a specific person) or non-personal (data about a Website user collected without linking it to a specific person).
1.2. The Administration has access to information obtained in the following ways: correspondence between the Administration and Users by email and messengers; information Users provide when placing orders, during events run by the Administration, in surveys, requests, feedback forms and online forms; technical information such as the User's internet provider, IP address and device and software characteristics; and statistics on an individual User's preferences (topics of pages viewed).
1.3. Under this Agreement, only information stored in the Website's database in encrypted form and visible only to the Website Administration may be deemed confidential.
1.4. Information a person voluntarily posts in public sections of the Website and that is available to any other user, or that can be freely obtained from other public sources, is not confidential.
1.5. The Website uses cookies and web analytics services (Yandex Metrica and similar) to count visits, measure advertising performance and improve the Website. The User can block cookies in the browser settings; some Website features may then not work correctly.
2. Security
2.1. The Website Administration uses modern technology to protect personal data and data from forms filled in by Website Users, aiming for maximum protection of information.
2.2. Where access to the User's personal information is provided through a login and password, the User must keep these credentials safe and must not disclose them to third parties under any circumstances. Any changes made to personal information using these credentials are deemed to have been made by the User.
2.3. The Administration collects, stores, uses, processes and discloses information obtained when the User visits the Website and/or fills in forms, including personal data, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
2.4. The User understands and consents to the collection and processing of their personal data by the Website Administration within the scope and for the purposes set out in the User Agreement, including placing and fulfilling orders, and agrees to notify the Administration of changes to their personal data.
3. Final provisions
3.1. A User interested in buying a digital product or service fills in the order form on the Website. When ordering, the User provides an email address for contact and, depending on the product, the email of their account with the service, their Steam account name or Steam profile link for which the product or service is purchased, and the selected plan or top-up amount.
3.2. The Website Administration operates in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. Any claims, disputes or official requests are handled only in the manner provided by the laws of the Russian Federation.
3.3. The Website Administration is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by Users or third parties, or for lost profits, arising from the use of, inability to use, or results of using the Website.
3.4. The Website Administration may change the terms of this Agreement unilaterally.
3.5. This is a translation. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.
