User Agreement

1. Subject of the Agreement

1.1. The Administration grants the User access to the Website and its features on the terms set out in this Agreement.

1.2. By using the Website, the User confirms full and unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.

1.3. This Agreement is a legally binding document.

2. The Website and its features

2.1. The koto Website is intended for purchasing digital goods and services: subscriptions to artificial intelligence services and top-ups of their API balances, in-game currency, Steam Wallet top-ups and Steam games, and subscriptions and gift cards for other services.

2.2. The Administration may change the Website's features without prior notice to the User.

3. Rules of use

3.1. The User agrees to use the Website only for its intended purpose and in accordance with applicable law.

3.2. The User must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorized access to information on the Website;
• use the Website to distribute malware, spam or other unlawful content;
• interfere with the Website's operation or modify its code or functionality;
• violate the rights of third parties while using the Website.

3.3. The Administration may restrict or terminate the User's access to the Website if the User breaches this Agreement.

4. Liability

4.1. The Administration is not liable for losses the User incurs as a result of using the Website, including errors, interruptions, data loss and similar events.

4.2. The User is fully responsible for their actions on the Website and for the consequences of those actions.

4.3. The Administration is not responsible for content posted on the Website by the User.

5. Personal data

5.1. The Administration undertakes to keep confidential the User's personal data received while the User uses the Website.

5.2. Details of personal data processing are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement.

6. Term and changes

6.1. This Agreement takes effect when the User accepts it and remains in force indefinitely.

6.2. The Administration may amend this Agreement. Changes are published on the Website. The User is deemed to have accepted the changes by continuing to use the Website.

7. Disputes

7.1. Any disputes between the Administration and the User arising from this Agreement are resolved in accordance with applicable law.

8. Miscellaneous

8.1. Matters not covered by this Agreement are governed by applicable law.

8.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in effect.

8.3. This is a translation. If it differs from the Russian version, the Russian version prevails.
