How fast will I get my order?
Steam top-ups take 2–15 minutes, game currency, codes and subscriptions 5–30 minutes, API credits 15–60 minutes, and games 15–30 minutes after you add our account as a friend. Nights and weekends included.
How can I pay?
Right now we accept SBP. USDT and USDC payments are coming soon. You see the full amount before checkout, and it doesn't change.
What if my order doesn't arrive?
Contact support with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Do I need to sign up?
No. An email is enough: we send the payment confirmation and order status there.
Can I buy as a gift?
Yes. At checkout, enter the recipient's details: the email of their account with the service or their Steam profile link.
AI subscriptions
Will the subscription be on my account?
Yes. We pay for the account you name. Your chats, projects and settings stay yours. We never sell shared accounts.
Why buy through you?
Not every card works with these services. We pay for the plan on your behalf, and you pay us the way you prefer.
What if activation fails?
Contact support with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Game currency
Do you need my game password?
No. A top-up only needs your player ID and, for some games, your server or zone. You will find them in your in-game profile.
What if I enter the wrong ID?
The currency goes to whichever account the ID belongs to, and publishers don't move it back. Check your ID and server before paying.
How fast does the currency arrive?
Usually 5–30 minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, contact support with your order number.
Why are Valorant and LoL codes?
Riot doesn't offer top-ups by Riot ID. The official ways are the in-client store and prepaid card codes, so we sell codes that you redeem yourself.
Steam Wallet
What do you need from me?
Just your Steam account name, the one you sign in with. No password or Steam Guard code.
What currency will I get?
Your Steam Wallet's currency. If it differs, the amount is converted when the funds are added.
How fast do the funds arrive?
Usually 2–15 minutes. If it has been more than an hour, contact support with your order number.
Steam games
Can I gift a game to a friend?
Yes. Enter your friend's Steam profile link at checkout. Steam only allows gifts to friends, so the recipient adds our account as a friend.
Can a game be refunded?
Steam refunds gifts within 14 days of purchase if played for less than 2 hours, and only with the recipient's consent. Steam does not refund CS2 Prime Status.
Subscriptions & cards
How do I pick the region?
Gift cards and codes are region-locked. The region is in the plan name: pick the one that matches your account country.
How do I receive it?
Codes and links arrive by email; Telegram Premium arrives as a gift to your @username. Activation steps are in the email.
API credits
Why don't you sell ready-made credits?
OpenAI, Anthropic and OpenRouter forbid selling or transferring credits between accounts. So we pay for the top-up inside your own organization, and the credits are yours from the first minute.
What's included in the price?
The price is fixed at checkout and covers the exchange rate, the platform's purchase fee and our service. The dollar amount added to your balance is in the plan name.
Can I top up a different amount?
Yes. Contact support and we'll issue an invoice for the amount you need.
