How do I redeem the code?
Go to shop.riotgames.com, sign in to your Riot account and enter the code.
Will the code work with my account?
Only if your Riot account region is North America (NA). Riot won't accept it in other regions.
Why a code and not a top-up by Riot ID?
Riot doesn't offer top-ups by Riot ID. The official ways are the in-client store and prepaid codes, which is what we sell.
Do you need my game password?
No. A top-up only needs your player ID and, for some games, your server or zone. You will find them in your in-game profile.
What if I enter the wrong ID?
The currency goes to whichever account the ID belongs to, and publishers don't move it back. Check your ID and server before paying.
How fast does the currency arrive?
Usually 5–30 minutes. If nothing arrives within an hour, contact support with your order number.
Why are Valorant and LoL codes?
