How fast we deliver

Time for each delivery method, from payment to the code or top-up. Once there are enough orders in a month, the actual time appears next to it.

Why it can take longer

Delivery starts once the payment is confirmed: via SBP usually right away, in USDT after the network confirms the transfer.
Top-ups by login and by player ID go through the supplier: if they have a queue, it takes longer.
Not delivered — we refund.

If your order is late

Order status is on its page, which opens right at checkout. If the time has passed, contact support and we will sort it out.
