In the first game, photojournalist Frank West has 72 hours to find out what happened at the zombie-infested Willamette Mall. Dead Rising 2 moves the outbreak to Fortune City, and Off the Record retells it with Frank in the lead. Dead Rising 3 has you escaping the city of Los Perdidos, and Dead Rising 4 brings Frank back.
Capcom describes Deluxe Remaster as a full graphical overhaul of the first game, now fully voiced and with auto-saves. It comes as the standard game or Digital Deluxe. Keys are activated in the game launcher and show up on your order page after payment.
Questions
Dead Rising: questions and answers
Deluxe Remaster or DEAD RISING?
Both are the first game. DEAD RISING came to Steam in 2016. According to Capcom, the 2024 Deluxe Remaster rebuilds the graphics, adds full voice acting and auto-saves, and keeps the original gameplay intact.
Which games have co-op?
According to Steam, Dead Rising 2, Off the Record and Dead Rising 3 Apocalypse Edition have co-op. Dead Rising 4 lists online PvP.
Which region are the keys for?
The CIS. A key only works in its own region, so that's where it has to be activated.
Where do I activate the key?
In the game's own launcher, per the product description. The key itself appears on your order page.
How quickly will I get it?
Usually 1–15 minutes after payment, nights included. You get the link to your order page at checkout.
