The first Overcooked came out in 2016: one to four chefs prepare and serve orders before the customers storm off. The sequel kept couch co-op and added online play. The publisher describes All You Can Eat as a remaster of both games in 4K at 60 FPS, with new levels and chefs on top.
The CIS version of Overcooked! 2 also has DLC: Surf 'n' Turf, Campfire Cook Off, Night of the Hangry Horde and Carnival of Chaos. After payment, your key shows up on the order page. Activate it in the game launcher; a key only works in its own region.

Separate games or All You Can Eat?
According to the publisher, All You Can Eat brings both games together, remastered, with new levels and chefs. DLC for Overcooked! 2 is sold separately, for the CIS region.
Can I play online?
According to Steam, Overcooked! 2 and All You Can Eat have online co-op, and in All You Can Eat it's cross-platform. The publisher pitches the first Overcooked as a couch co-op game.
How many players?
One to four. That's what the Steam descriptions of the first and second game say.
Which key region should I pick?
The one where you'll activate the key, or it won't work. All three games come as CIS and Global keys, and the region is in the product name.
