How to redeem a PlayStation Store code
A PlayStation Store gift card adds funds to your PlayStation account wallet. You can redeem the 12-digit code on a console, on the web or in the app.

In short
- PlayStation Store voucher codes are always 12 digits.
- The code has to be for the same region as your PlayStation account. The card's region is in the product name.
- Each code works once, and funds can't be moved to another account.
- You can redeem on PS5, PS4, the PlayStation Store website or the PlayStation App.
How to buy on koto
- 1Pick a card for your account's region and the amount.
- 2Pay for the order.
- 3The code appears on your order page.
- 4Redeem it in PlayStation Store as shown below.
On a console
PS5: go to PlayStation Store and press the triangle button to open the menu. Select … (More) > Redeem Code, enter the code and select Redeem.
PS4: in PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Redeem Codes. Enter the code, then select Continue > Confirm or Yes.
On PS5 you can also redeem at checkout by choosing Redeem Codes and Gift Cards from the payment method menu.
On the web and in the app
On the web, sign in to PlayStation Store, select your profile at the top of the screen and choose Redeem Code from the drop-down. Enter the code and select Continue.
In the PlayStation App, tap the PS Store icon, then the menu icon on the right, then Redeem Code.
PlayStation's rules
These limits come from PlayStation itself:
- the code must be for the same region as your account;
- each code works once, and redeemed codes show up in your transaction history;
- funds can't be transferred between accounts, so check which one you're signed in to;
- wallet top-up codes for a child account have to be redeemed by the family manager on their own account.
