How to redeem a Roblox gift card
Roblox gift cards and codes are redeemed in a browser at roblox.com/redeem. The standard mobile app and consoles don't have this option.

- According to Roblox, codes work in any country and the value converts to your account's currency.
- The credit goes to the account you're signed in to, so check it before redeeming.
- You can redeem as many cards as you like, one at a time.
How to buy on koto
- 1Pick a gift card or Robux pack.
- 2Pay for the order.
- 3The code appears on your order page.
- 4Redeem it at roblox.com/redeem.
Redeeming in a browser
Go to roblox.com/redeem and log in to your Roblox account. Type the code into the box and click Redeem. Roblox shows a confirmation once the credit or item is added.
On a phone
The Roblox app on Samsung Galaxy phones has a Redeem tile on the More page. On other phones and on consoles you can't redeem in the app; open roblox.com/redeem in your browser instead.
If the code is rejected
Roblox suggests checking characters that are easy to mix up:
- 0 and O;
- 1 and I;
- 2 and Z;
- 5 and S;
- 6 and G or Q;
- 8 and B.
