What should I do right after buying an account?
Change the Steam password and email and set up your own Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator. Check MMR and behavior score in the game profile. The seller only gets paid once you confirm, and you have 72 hours to check.
Can the previous owner take the account back?
They can try through Steam Support if they prove the account was theirs. That's why you should change the email and password right away and keep your chat with the seller. If you lose access before confirming the order, open a dispute.
How are Arcanas and other items delivered?
Through a Steam trade: the seller sends a trade offer to your account. Without Steam Guard Mobile Authenticator a trade can be held for up to 15 days, so set it up before buying. Confirm the order once the item is in your inventory.
How does MMR boosting work?
Usually the booster plays on your account, so you share your login and password. Agree on the MMR target and timeframe before paying, and change your password afterwards. Valve penalizes boosting and account sharing, and that risk is yours.
