What if I enter the wrong ID?
Diamonds go to whichever account the ID belongs to, and publishers don't move currency between accounts. Double-check the ID before paying.
How long do diamonds take?
A top-up usually takes 5–30 minutes; a code usually 1–15 minutes after payment. If diamonds haven't arrived within an hour, contact support with your order number.
Can I top up diamonds for a friend?
Yes. Enter their player ID at checkout, or buy a code and send it to them.
