Questions
Genshin Impact: questions and answers
Where's my UID and which server do I pick?
Your UID is in the bottom right corner of the game screen and in your profile. Also pick your server: Europe, America, Asia or TW, HK, MO. Double-check it before paying: crystals go to whichever account the UID belongs to.
What should I do after buying an account?
Change the password and email in the HoYoverse account center and unlink any phone or social logins that aren't yours. Check the server and characters before confirming; you have 72 hours.
How do services like Abyss clears work?
The seller logs in and plays on your account, so they need your login and password. Change your password afterwards. HoYoverse doesn't allow account sharing, so keep that risk in mind.
