Questions
Lost Ark: questions and answers
How is gold delivered?
Through the auction house or in-game mail on your server. With the auction house, you usually list an item at the agreed price and the seller buys it. Give your region, server and character name when ordering.
What should I do after buying an account?
Change the password and email on the platform you log in through, such as Steam, and set up your own login protection. Check the characters and server before confirming.
How do raid carries work?
Usually you join the seller's group on your own character. Sometimes the raid is done on your account, which means they need to sign in. Agree on the raid, difficulty and time before paying.
