A top-up only needs your player ID: it's in your player profile, top left of the screen, and is digits only. No login or password needed, and UC usually arrives within 5–30 minutes. UC can't be moved to another account, so double-check the ID before paying.
Codes show up on your order page, usually 1–15 minutes after payment. A code works only in its own region, so check your account region before buying. Both top-ups and codes come in separate CIS versions, and UC packs range from small to large, many with bonus UC.

Where do I find my PUBG Mobile player ID?
Open your player profile in the game: the ID is shown in the top left of the screen. It's digits only.
Do you need my password?
No. A top-up only needs your player ID. A code needs no account details at all: you redeem it yourself.
What's the difference between a top-up and a code?
With a top-up, UC lands on your account by itself: the player ID is all it takes. A code appears on your order page and you redeem it yourself, but you can also pass it on to someone else.
Standard or CIS version: which do I pick?
The region is in the product name. Pick the version that matches your account region. For codes it's a must: a code only works in its own region.
What if I enter the wrong ID?
UC goes to whichever account the ID belongs to. Under the PUBG Mobile agreement the currency can't be transferred or traded afterwards, so double-check the ID before paying.
How long does UC take to arrive?
A top-up usually takes 5–30 minutes; a code usually appears on your order page 1–15 minutes after payment. If UC hasn't arrived within an hour, contact support with your order number.
Can I top up UC for a friend?
Yes. Enter their player ID at checkout, or buy a code and send it to them.
Where will my code be?
On your order page, via the private link you get after checkout. Each code is issued once and is visible only through that link, so bookmark it.
